Graham Rabone was a police officer for 30 years and became a Police Hostage and Crisis Negotiator in 1997. Due to his position as a Detective Inspector in the central Crime Support Department and by a series of coincidences he specialised in negotiating in Kidnap for Ransom, or Crimes in Action and earned a reputation as an expert in the field.

Graham estimates that he has been involved in approximately 400 incidents as a negotiator, both in the U.K and abroad, from the mundane to the most dramatic imaginable.

An engaging and knowledgeable speaker, Graham delivers in both an entertaining and informative manner.
